I asked for a layered pixie cut with length on the top and I now I have little to no hair.nI saw the reviews and pictures so I was excited to finally get my hair done by a stylist that knows how to handle curly hair.nI showed pictures of the cut and was assured that it could be done.nAnd as soon as the chair was spun around towards the mirror I wanted to cry. It wasn't anything near what I asked for.nShe was a very nice person and I am very introverted so, I said thank you, paid for the cut, and then left.

I had a fantastic experience at The “IT” Factor. Tricia, the owner, did my hair and it was clear that she knew what she was doing.
