Sandra was an amazing help when I needed to sell an older home I had recently inherited in West Seattle. She made wonderful suggestions to make the home more marketable and arranged for all the work on my approval. Then she staged the home beautifully. Sandra was so professional, knowledgeable and kind to deal with. She went out of her way to meet our every need as out of state sellers. I would give her 10 stars!!! .

We worked with Sandra to buy our home in West Seattle. We were probably fairly unusual buyers, but Sandra met every single need and want we threw at her.nnAfter getting a large rent increase, we decided to quickly put a toe in the water on buying; before making that decision we had only been at the 'idle talking' stage.nnOn day one I contacted Sandra and after hearing our interests and constraints she immediately connected us to a preferred lender so we would have fast pre-approval. On day two and three she showed us as many houses in the area as we wanted, and gave us helpful insight on the houses and properties as well as how to evaluate them against our needs. On day four, having found a property we we very interested in, she got us an inspection and a sewer scope while preparing an offer for us. We put the offer in on day five, and were accepted on day six. She then helped us through all the next steps to get to closing, including finishing our closing from out of state on a long-planned trip.nnWe were able to move so quickly because of the trust she instilled and how effective she was in communicating with us and hearing what we wanted and needed. I'm sure most buyers will not go from 'no plan to buy whatsoever' to having an offer in within 5 short days, but the skills and support she gave us in an unusual path would serve any buyer. We also truly appreciated her great skill in balancing giving feedback and insight with hearing from us what we really wanted. Whether she comes by it naturally or has honed this professional skill, it was truly valuable to us in our home buying experience, and I'm sure it would be helpful to other buyers no matter their needs or circumstances.nnWe also loved that she, on top of being skilled and responsive, was a member of our community who clearly was engaged and cared. With a transaction as big as buying or selling a home, it felt additionally good to be in a business relationship with someone who felt responsibility to be community-minded.nnWe are closing in on one year in our new home, and are very happy with it and with the work Sandra did with us!

There are not enough superlatives to describe how delighted we were with the job Sandra did as our selling agent. Not only is she super savvy, friendly, and whip-smart, but she handles all aspects of the project with calm and grace. One aspect of her services that we particularly appreciated was the ability of her staging team to make our home “show ready” even while we occupied it. We were astounded by their creative abilities to work with our own furniture and design pieces, supplementing with items of their own that had been carefully curated to bring out the best of the spaces. Sandra went above and beyond to ensure that all aspects of the process were stress-free and seamless. Her depth of expertise in our market was evident every step of the way. We thank our lucky stars that we chose her!

Sandra is not only a wonderful person but also a patient, instinctive and knowledgeable agent. We we struggling to find a house that met our criteria and expectations in the crazy SEATTLE market. Sandra insisted (sweetly) that we visit a home that we had discounted as an option. Low and behold, it was perfect for our family and the 150% best house we had seen in our extensive 5 month search! She guided us through what ended up being a surprisingly smooth and fast close. We are incredibly appreciative for her support throughthe process and she will be our first guest in the new home!

We recently decided to pull the plug and relocate to Houston. While we love Seattle (especially our house), we knew at best we would never be able to retire there. After spending 7 years lovingly rebuilding our 102 year old craftsman house in West Seattle, we wanted to find a broker who would spend quality time to find the right buyer - admittedly an emotional response, but we were attached to our home.nnSandra was the best of the best. Not only did she do her homework up front (from a market analysis to determine the right price, but also worked up a profile of who the right buyer would be), but as it turned out she was right on target on literally everything. She hung in there with us prior to our listing while we secured our new home in Texas, and then took over our (now) empty home and staged it. 24 hours on the market, and we accepted a full price offer - from the person Sandra said she would market to.nnSo you'd expect that from a good real estate agent. What makes Sandra great is that she always went above and beyond the call to help us get to market (and eventually get to Houston). When we needed help getting the accumulation of 7 years of living out of the basement (and to donation or the dump), she was there. When we needed an emergency plumbing repair (because selling a house never goes easy), she was there. When we needed helping closing all the open ends because time was running out, she was there.nnIn our experience, Sandra was more about making the experience easier for us and less about the cold currency of the situation. Sure, everyone wanted to make the most we could, but Sandra helped us in so many ways to get to our finish line, much more so than what you would expect from an agent.nnIf you are looking for someone who will care for your home as much as you do, look no further. Sandra will help you with both the business and personal side of the transaction. Highest recommendation.
