09/2019- Pre leasing update:nConveniently located.nNice and clean apartments, hallways and common areas. Polished and modern interiors. Lot of cabinet spaces. No scratches, creaks or chips. Nice views from the apartments. Fairly new appliances. The staff was friendly. They have a new management and seemed busy but were able to give us a tour everytime we went(we took 2 refresher tours). So far they have stuck to promises made. We will be signing the lease soon.nMore to follow.

I lived here from October 2018 - November 2019 and it was a very positive experience for many reasons.nIt felt like a brand new apartment, had a ton of storage in the cabinets, the kitchen was a chef's dream, I never heard my neighbors (like ever), was super close to a Metropolitan market and an entrance to the Elliott Bay trail, and everyone who works there (former and current management) was always very kind, laid back, and would quickly take care of anything if needed. The rooftop terrace is amazing - so peaceful and beautiful and I usually had it all to myself.nWorking out for me is a big deal so even though I did not find the included gym to be very useful - there is an amazing affordable local gym called O-fit within walking distance (they also have street parking that I always found available). They are 24 hours and are also very kind and laid back.nWhile living at Broadstone Clarendon I rarely drove though because everything is within walking distance, which was great. Being so close to the Seattle Center was so fun - I highly recommend checking out the KEXP coffee shop (and live music) and also the incredible plays at the Seattle Rep theater. You can also walk to Pike's market which was a weekly ritual that I will greatly miss.nOverall, this is a great place to live and I would still be there if I did not have to move out of state.

So is there a reason why no one ever answers the phone?

Great Location with water views. Such a quaint boutique building! Interior is extremely spacious, modern decor and very nicely kept. Rooftop patio is pretty cool too. Thumbs up ;-)

I love the team at Broadstone! Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Not to mention the view from the rooftop is breath taking.
