Real Estate Transition Solutions

I have been a landlord for over 40 years and am still a landlord. Over the years, some of the properties have been great, and some that have been not so great. I am likely getting to point where I was looking for options that did not involve me wasting a weekend or many nights trying to resolve electrical, plumbing, or other repairs taking me away from what I want to do. Don't get me wrong, Real Estate has been the best investment I have made and I still feel that way. I wanted to look for an avenue to diversify some of my properties that would not involve me receiving phone calls and taking my time. When my wife and I went to a seminar given by Real Estate Transition Solutions, it offered that option that we were looking for. Divesting the property into a fund that required no work on our part, but leaving that to someone else. Working with Austin has been great. I feel very comfortable with him as he has been very straight forward and honest as he offered a number of alternatives that we could still choose a way to put money in Real Estate or commercial leases and still receive a check every month without having to worry about taking my time.
