Tim is a realtor, turned friend. He has a way of making everyone feel like they are a top priority, even if they are on the other side of the country (which was my case). He knows no bounds for his clients (soon to be BFF's). Tim helped my husband and I find the perfect realtor in our area so that we didn't have to worry about hunting down the best candidate (yes, they can do that for you!). Even after he helped us find someone, Tim continued to check in throughout the process to make sure everything was running smoothly. He's extremely knowledgeable, caring, thorough, and passionate about what he does. Highly recommend!!!

If you are looking to make a land purchase and you want the best in the business, then Tim Miller is your Buyer's agent. I had the pleasure of working with Tim to close on a life-long dream of owning an amazing riverfront property. The property itself was overgrown, had several questionable concerns such as utilities, FEMA restrictions and other environmental challenges that came with it. Tim not only addressed the issues in the negotiation, he tapped into his own resource pool and found available professional to help verify questions we needed to make an informed decision. Tim also followed up in real time by calling after hours and made himself available on weekends! His presence made me feel protected, valued and most of all like he was in it with me. I was introduced to Tim on 12/08/20 and closed on the property on 12/22/20. Tim will move mountains to be sure you are well represented in negotiations as he well exceeded my expectations.
