Exceptional customer service!nJacqui (the manager) is amazing! She went above and beyond helping me secure this apartment. She was on top of everything I emailed her and she was extremely timely. I have NEVER had such a pleasant experience whilst under so much personal pressure. She made this experience stress free. Our family Thanks you so much Jacqui!

this was by far the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had when it comes to moving/ applying for apartments. Jacqui was a great help and she always got back to me right away! and I love my apartment :)

From day one of my lease my keys haven’t opened the laundry room. I emailed the office about it twice, no response even 6 months later. It took them 3 months to fix a single cupboard. Multiple emails and messages left for them with no response.nnWhat really pisses me off the most is that in the middle of a pandemic when people are having financial troubles, this ‘company’ will NOT accept financial assistance. I can’t get rental assistance because the owner of THIS apartment complex company doesn’t accept the payments. They would rather people be homeless than get financial help when falling upon hard times. Be aware that rental assistance from HUD, OIC, Salvation Army and more will NOT be accepted by The Lakes. The reason these non-profits were given as to why they cannot help tenants of The Lakes? The owner will not accept ‘partial’ payments. It’s frankly disgusting that people cannot accept help when they need it.

I’ve lived here for a month now and everything from the fast move in, to the quality of the apartments to the neighbors has been amazing. Great little community over here. The manager Latasha is very good at what she does. Gets you moved in and all the paperwork done quick and will answer any questions you have in a timely manner. I have no complaints about this place.
