You can't afford this company. Wish I could recommend. Staff were professional and they actually answered the phone! Suppose there is a price to pay. $1,100 to run a gas line to a range!! Are you kidding me?? Yes, a simple gas line no upgrade on the main service. I paid $350 to do a more involved projects 5 years ago. You are telling me a plumber who charges lets say $120 p/hr is going to spend 8 hours running a gas line with giving you the rest for supplies. My last plumber did it in less than 2 hours. Nope, I think its just called a rip off and see if anyone will pay these prices. I know everyone is getting fat these days, but this has gone too far. I could rant about other high price services quoted, but I'll leave it as is.

I live in Germany and my mother in law and a renter live in my home in Bozeman. This weekend my mother in law called to say her CO detector was going off and the reading was dangerously high. I told her to immediately vacate the house. It was -20F outside so I was concerned about where she could go and how long we would have to wait to get her back into her home. I called Willams and the dispatcher listened to the problem, explained that there were 30 other emergency calls and that it might take some time for them to get there. She told me she would get back to me when she knew more. About 30 minutes later she called back and said it would be awhile and suggested I call their sister company and get on their list as well as a few other options to give us the best chance of getting someone there. ASAP. While I didn't like the news she had, I loved her focus on finding a solution for me ASAP. Before I had a chance to call the other company, their tech, Brody called and said he was 5 minutes away and would stop by. He solved the problem quickly and professionally allowing my mother in law and renter to get back in their homes on a bitterly cold day. Thank you to the WPH team for being focused on creating solutions and for going above and beyond to help us. It is especially valuable since I am not there. I'm grateful for your excellent service and for caring so much.

I requested a service on Wednesday and it was preformed the next day. The tech was super friendly and quick and was able to explain what he'd done to me. The tech, Travis P., was a super nice guy, really like him! I also really liked that they sent a picture of Travis before he came to the house so I knew exactly who to expect. Overall, I'd highly recommend!

We are very appreciative of the professional and courteous manner in which Nick and his apprentice showed towards my wife when they arrived to repair the draining problem. They were efficient and quick. They were able to clear the drain fast. They had the right tools to get in and out quickly. No mess, no fuss.. We are extremely impressed. I called as soon as they opened. Sarah was polite and professional and took all my info down and set me up with an appointment. A service tech was at my door one hour later. Williams had already sent me the name of the tech with a picture and some personal background info on the tech. Chris diagnosed the problem and explained the repair. I was dreading having to replace the water heater. I had attempted to repair it myself and had caused an element to burn out. Chris was polite enough to not laugh at my amateur DIY attempt. He gave me an estimate for the work BEFORE he began the repair. He fixed everything professionally and everything came well within my budget.nThis was the first time I’ve needed a plumber in 15 years in the valley. I’ll definitely give Williams a call if I have any plumbing/heating needs in the future.
