I would like to commend your staff on a job well done!nKaren was a pleasure to work with and quickly arranged for someone to come and help with my hot water heater malfunction, she talked to Nick & Mike and arranged for them to come out the same day.nNick & Mike checked in with me before they headed my way to give me a heads up they were coming. Upon arrival they both listened to my hot water problem and we worked through that since I had replaced the elements, that the thermostat was the problem, because we had power to the tank, but not the elements. They had thermostats with them (have 2 / 50gal. Hot water heaters) we replaced them powered everything up and all was good. They were courteous and professional, wearing their masks the entire time. And they worked together very well. Nick’s experience and knowledge helped diagnose the problem with hot water back flowing into the cold water line, we fixed the problem and added a ball valve so I don’t have to crawl under the house to isolate and clean out my hot water heaters. I now have the best hot water to the master bath shower, tub and faucets that I have had in years. $460 to replace a furnace switch. These people are rip-off artists. I’ve known the owner for years and I would never do business with him or his kids again. Beware of these people.

I have heard good things about Thomas PlumbingnBut they came to look at a family members problem with waternPlumber looked and said there was nothing he could do. And shut the water off and left with no follow upnNot a good thing when people need water to maintain quality of life
