Unfortunately I was a new customer and I came in to talk to somebody about prices. The lady who helped me was very rude and seemed like I was inconveniencing her. She was very snappy, and just not nice in general... I was gonna go and try Gate City Cleaners where the same friend referred me to, but I was told by my other friend that they are the exact same owners. She’s been missing a pair of pants for 3 weeks now, and the manager just doesn’t seem to care. I was really looking forward to having a dry cleaner in town. I didn’t think we had one. I’ve been hearing all sorts of stuff about Your Valet and how you lose peoples stuff and just don’t care. I would love to try Gate City Cleaners, but where the exact same owner/manager is running it, I’d rather not.

Got all our wedding attire cleaned here and was very impressed with the quality. They also were very responsive and went out of their way to help me with some extra requests. Super professional and friendly!
I recently took a lovely lace and cotton table cloth in for cleaning.nTwo times now I've gone to pick up and had not been pressed. The lace was bunched up and cotton fabric was wrinkled. Clearly not pressednI have used Valet for a long time, but this time is enough. They insist they pressed it as best they could. I could have done the same job at home.
I guess I can't complain. Last year I took a Santa suit in to have it cleaned up... The fur was tinted pink and they lost the pompom off the hat. I had to replace it myself. I can't speak for regular clothing as I've only had my Santa suit done here
