Pony Express Car Wash

I recently purchased a new car and needed to wash the salt from the street department off. I figued I would try Pony Express out to see if I liked it. Well... I LOVED it! From the start the morning crew was amazing! They helped me pick what package I wanted, apologized for the wait (I didn't wait more than 10 seconds), and when my car wouldn't attach to the belt (my auto hold was on) they did everything to help me! I got done with my wash and they met me at the other side to give me clean towels to wipe inside my car! The best part was, they had NO IDEA that I had never washed there before, and still treated me like a brand new customer trying to earn my business! They succeeded! My new morning routine will be stopping by to visit the amazing morning crew!!

I absolutely love this car wash. I’ve tried all of them in town and this is by far the best one. They have super friendly staff. All of their bonus things are great. Mat washers, air, vacuums, and dust towels. They did an awesome Halloween wash. I highly recommend them!

Love the Pony Express! Had the unlimited pass one summer because I was using my truck in fields every day and it was awesome to be able to swing in whenever and get a good cleaning! The people there are super friendly and always go out of there way! I had to cancel the unlimited pass because we moved out of state but we just moved back and signed up for it again because it is such a good value! Definitely would recommend!

In the last few months we have tried all the car washes in Pocatello Idaho and this one is by far the very best. The staff is so friendly and nice and great to help. They have easy access in and out. They answer any questions and really aim to please. I love the free vacuums, and free mat washer. Great price for being able to wash my Jeep every day if I wanted to. The express lane makes it, easier to get in and out. I hope you guys are around for a long long time.

Excellent costumer service. Not only did my children enjoy the “ride” through the car wash that the vehicle needed, I had lost my phone in line for a wash unknowingly in the evening. I would NEVER have thought of calling this place after all the stops I made before realizing it was missing. Employee Allan had found it and the next morning reached out through a contact that messaged me and I was able to get it back. Great car wash and honest employees.
