We hit a rock coming off the Lost Trail Pass which busted a hole on our transfer case...we still had several hours of travel left to get home to SLC. The guys at O’Reily not only gave my partner step by step instructions on how to patch the hole and helped him pick out the appropriate products, they let us borrow ramps so that he could easily make the repair there in the parking lot. The employees knowledge and guidance helped us get home safely.

Shout out to John who helped us with getting the right oil and assisting in checking the engine and oil levels! Super nice as well and incredibly informative! :) Great service, would come back again.
