We were renting a home, he was the selling agent. We were 30 days from being approved to buy the home guaranteed (he even called our lender). Our landlords understood this and were willing to work with us to make a deal work. The night we put our offer in he personally came and showed the home to the buyers, he put their offer in the same day we put ours in. I was sitting at the neighbors and heard this deal go about. We were promised by the seller we would be able to counter offer, I waited that night and the next day for our counter. Come to find out he told the seller we weren’t that interested and to take his buyer, and we were also playing games. We simply wanted to see what this offer was so we could match, we were promised by the sellers we could do this. I got a call at 12:30 the next day from my agent telling me they had accepted the other offer and have 15 days to move. So he basically did what he could to get double commission and screwed us out of our home. I’ve heard multiple stories about the lack of integrity these agents have. Do not recommend.

I contacted Amy and had her show me the house I was interested in. From that point on, she was extremely helpful and nice and was able to answer all of my questions. She was able to help me close on my home in 7 weeks! I would definitely recommend her to everyone! If I ever sell or decide to purchase a new home, I will definitely use Any again

It simply does not get any better than Mark and Amy! I would never use anyone else and they will always have my vote because they deserve it. Honest and devoted team. I've always said they don't want to find you a house, they want to find a home with you and there is such a difference!

Best Realtors in the area! Years ago I bought a home in Logan and I had the worst experience ever with the seller's Realtor. She was based in Logan and was very unpleasant to deal with. Since working with Mark & Amy toward my next purchase I have started trusting Realtors again. Mark & Amy have proven themselves trustworthy, and I am reassured that they will take care of all my real-estate needs. I have known them for a long time and they are consistently working hard for their clients.
