Scheduled a service call with Kennedy’s to review and flush water system that had been sitting a few years. We were out of town when they did the work. Came back to the Cabin that still had no running water and now pump was not working. Tried calling the office three days in a row for answers but never received a call back. Turns out they didn’t take the time to clear the intake lines before turning on the pump causing it to become full of silt and sand, and which now will need to be replaced. I was still charged the $275 service fee and am now also out the cost of replacing pump. It was so worth it to me to pay a little extra trip charge to a highly rated plumber from Sandpoint to come out and properly address and fix the issue, who also showed up on time and returned phone calls.

After arriving at our cabin late last night to open up for spring we had no hot water. We called Kennedy Plumbing and Rocky was out to the place and the water was fixed within a few hours of calling! We were afraid it would take days or even weeks to get someone to come out and Rocky said he would come right out. Thank you so much! ud83dude0a
