Tim and Kim at PG Long were amazing to work with. As an out-of-state landlord, I was trying to clean urine in a duct vent from a previous occupant. Kim thoroughly answered all my questions and when she didn't know the answers, sought them out and promptly got back to me. Tim was wonderful at describing the different options that I had to remedy the situation, the pros/cons of each, and describing the protocol and the products involved in each option. They were both so professional, transparent, honest, and focused on helping me solve this problem. It reminded me of the type of customer service you always hope to receive, but rarely get. You truly feel cared for as a customer and that they will stop at nothing to get the job done. Will definitely work with them again!
Here at Realty Management Associates Inc, we have been working with PG Long Floorcovering and Carpet Cleaning for years. We cannot express how much we appreciate their customer service and timeliness on work. PG Long Boise has high quality material to go with their top rate service. We have been installing their carpet in our rentals for almost 6 years and have not had a single unit that has required new carpet since using their product.
