Olympus Rodeo

This property is seriously gorgeous!! When you think of Santa Fe apartments, you wouldn't think 'hardwood floors, granite counter tops, brand new appliances, private balconies, parking - even fireplaces!' but Rodeo has it all! The office staff are some of the nicest, most helpful people you'll ever have the pleasure of working with, and maintenance is outstanding!! #obsessed

I liked it, until my motorcycle got stolen and they did not have one single surveillance camera in the entire complex. I thought this place was a safe, monitored community but I guess anyone can come in here and take what they want at any time with no consequences. Seriously though 2000$ a month for absolutely no security?!

We had to find housing while out of state, and the staff at Broadstone Rodeo were outstanding to work with! The apartments themselves are nice and seem to be fairly well insulated. We have had construction going on constantly, as it is a brand new complex with multiple buildings still in various phases of completion, and the noise has not been a problem at all. Also, you can barely hear the train that goes right by our apartment, which is amazing. The office staff have been nothing but friendly and as accommodating as they can possibly be, especially during this crazy pandemic. We definitely made the right choice by signing with Broadstone Rodeo!

Way over priced, especially for locals who have lived here they’re whole life.. I wouldn’t rent from this place, better off renting a house for this price.. a mortgage payment is cheaper then this place ..

I am moving to Santa Fe for work and had to find a place solely online. Jennifer has been outstanding to work with and was able to give me a zoom virtual tour which made my decision easy. I am excited to move in and enjoy my gorgeous apartment!
