Candice is consistently late to showings, once by nearly 20 minutes! I should have taken this as a sign, but my roommate and I put in an application with her anyway. We sent the applications in, waited a few days, were told there was an error with my roommate's application. She sent it again (and paid the fee again), then asked Candice if she had received it. She initially said no without even checking! Then said yes but she couldn't look at it that day. We continued to follow up, but communication slowed to a trickle and then she ceased replying altogether. We put in our application weeks ago, and it is still pending. Fortunately, we saw the writing on the wall and found another place. Candice is unprofessional, never punctual, and lacks communication skills. Do not attempt to rent a property from this person. I do not know what even possessed her to begin working in this business, nor do I understand how she keeps herself in business with this sort of behavior.

Candice is a nice person, but she is not very communicative and has no problem working for sleazy property owners. These people strung me along for weeks saying I had the apartment... ended up going to the owners' deadbeat cousin or something. Barely an apology, just a lame offer to show me some other C&C property. Deal with Candice if you want your friggin head to explode
