The city government has no integrity! it is riddled with corruption scandals one after the other!nnThe police deletes evidence and provides no explanation!nnThe local municipal judge Paul Sachs gets hired to sue me and I eminently get in trouble with the local police who pressed 3 charges against me in the 1st 3 weeks of Pauls Sachs being hired to evict me, he used those charges to get me evicted!nnAll those charges later dismissed in court! The city council then reappoints that judge for another 2 years, no questions asked!

There is a lovely restored building that has become the customer-facing side of local government on one side of 10th, and an old institutional building that has most of the services besides planning on the other.nnSeveral attempts were made to run a restaurant out of the Planning side--all of them with good food, but a bad business plans. Now that space has GIS workers and no cappuccinos :-(
