Prompt and courteous! Asked if I would like a low level Carbon Monoxide Detector, and having known a dear friend that almost died of CO poisoning, I purchased one. They installed the new hot water heater and made some adjustments to an poorly planed drain pain, that will make a future water heater replacement more efficient. I would definitely recommend them and I will be using their services in the future.

Hello,nnI just had a service call performed by Joel at my home. I am writing this to inform you of the absolutely outstanding job he did repairing my boiler system. He was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I would like commend him in his work ethic. It is a Friday afternoon and I know he has a family to get home to, yet he went out of his way so resolve my issues, and did so remarkably. I would like to thank Masterworks and Joel for doing such a fantastic job. My experience was 5 star and I wish every other contractor could learn to do the same.
