They are very knowledgeable and will help you with the parts you need to order. If your not sure they can usually tell you what you need. The service is fast and parts show up within a couple days. Most things I need are on the shelf but they can order anything your going to need to do the job.

Don't bother if you aren't a regular. I called ahead to check stock and get a price on a small part. 10 minutes later I was charged 50% more than originally quoted. They even managed to be 15% higher than Ace Hardware. So much for trying to keep business local.

These guys have that typical old school service counter worker bad attitudes that am used to, but not tolerant of. No one likes being talked down to because they're not the usual good old boy. This place will never see me or my wallet again. Completely destroyed a potential lifetime customer, luckily there are easy options to buy everything they sell.
