We love this campground. It would be nice if it had water. One big improvement needed: the roads are very dusty and in need of new gravel.

Some campsites have good shade while others are more open due to beetle kill. Very close to rt 40 and it can be quite noisy with jake brakes of semis driving through the pass. Four star rating is just because of the road noise, everything else was great.

Great place in treeline to camp. Spotted two moose the first evening. Nice and cool during night hours. So worth it.

Nice place to chill up on the hill just outside of Steamboat.

Great little spot. You can hear the road noise unfortunately.
