It all started with Patrick at the front desk. We called for a early check-in due to a stressful situation we were in. Patrick did everything he could to make sure we could get to our room as soon as possible. When I walk into the lobby, I was greeted by him and a guy name Drake. Patrick got me into my room and made the process super easy and simple. The house keepers were almost done the only thing I was missing was soap and conditioner. Drake, who I found out was the assistant manager, stopped what he was doing (mopping the floors, even as assistant manager!) and got everything I need. I then went to unload our bags while this nice worker named Travis was outside scraping ice off the sidewalks. He was super friendly and asked if we needed anything.nOver all, the service was great!nPLUS our room was very clean!
I don't know who did the renovations, but they were poorly done. The bathroom door almost hits the toilet. The bath towels are kept on a shelf below the sink beside the toilet...eww! No shower curtain. Talked to another guest and they were missing their shower curtain as well. Upon checking in there is a phone on the desk and directs you to dial 0 if no one is there. I had to call the times before someone came to check me in. Jake is the manager. He didn't even know how to send a confirmation email. I want sure if the reservation was booked. Two nights booked. Only stayed one since I couldn't take a shower. Never stay here. They better not charge me for the second night. ud83dude24
The accommodation was recently renovated, rooms looked new and clean, breakfast was good but basic. It is close to grocery store, the walking trails and ski areas, plus pet friendly, really convenient for outdoor activities. The front desk guy was truly kind and helpful. Definitely come back.
Wonderful last minute stay. Travelling for work with a 10month old puppy. Great internet speeds and dog friendly staff. The front desk manager, Dallas, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Perfectly clean room and facility, felt very at home, especially with all the COVID standards right now. Very comfy bed and bedding. Would recommend to anyone looking for a fair priced stay around steamboat!
Dallas, the Manager, was professional and nice. We had an emergency and he was patient and very accommodating. Thanks to him we were able to focus on our situation. He went above and beyond!
