Ramada by Wyndham Grand Junction

This is a run down hotel made to look modern from the outside. The carpets seem to have not been cleaned in a real long time. They advertised free breakfast, but were informed that there isn’t one due to Covid. The point is, everyone understands that the times are different and we’re all trying to mitigate the spread, but don’t lie on the website! Then there was a coffee machine which was broken. Happens, right? So I tried to request a replacement over their phone, but no one would pick up the call at the reception. Like, ever! So I made the request in person at the front desk, and the lady responds - “Remind me to change it when you’re checking out tomorrow.” Oh my god!

Very nice clean room...even if it was all non smoking every room had its on balcony upstairs and down...so was very convenient for not only me but being able to take Artemis out to go to the bathroom...will happily stay there again

I would sleep in my car if this were the only place available to stay. The room smelled so terrible we asked housekeeping for some kind of spray. I had to wipe every surface down with alcohol wipes because there was visible dust on them. The bathroom needed a deep cleaning. We asked for a 30 minute late check out because we woke up a little late and were told no. I had to go down to the first floor to get ice because one on the second floor wasn't working. I was locked out of our room when I got back because my key wouldn't work even though it was still 30 minute before checkout. All of their advertising indicates there was a breakfast. I expected a grab and go but was told they weren't doing anything.nnOverall just a bad experience.

Very nice and clean place. It took a bit for the heater to warm up the room but it was worth it

Nice hotel. Definitely an older hotel, but it has been updated recently. Check in was easy and quick. Location is everything. Easy on and off of I-70 at hnHorizon Dr. North side of the highway. Close to Wendy's and other restaurants. Really close to the airport.
