Monument Car Wash

This place ripped me off. Do not use your credit card. I was only able to use the spray nozzle since the brushes were out of order. I was charged $15 for a short high pressure soap and a high pressure rinse. Typical car washes are less than half of that. No customer service around to help make it right.

Usually experience is better, I used the far right stall this visit and the presoap & tire cleaner settings were very slow and weaker than the low pressure it should have been - caused full limit just completing these two settings ($15) , also I ended the third wash manually as I finished, waited until it shut off and drive away, I was charged the full $15 max charge

The coin machines are always full and the car wash itself is not well taken care of or maintained

They RIPPED ME OFF again. I washed my 4 runner on the 23 of August after a trip. The monitor showed $3.71 the charge came up $15.00 on my credit card. The company did the same thing 2 years ago you can read my previous review. This car wash is much more convenient so i still use it. My wife won't use a credit card because she does not want to get RIPPED OFF. If it has happened to me twice, how many people are accidentally or purposely been RIPPED OFF. Either find a more honest car was or ONLY USE CASH. Bruce Ricks
