Velocity Car Wash

I totaled my car in December and went in to cancel my fast pass, the guy said he cancelled it and refunded me part of the payment since I couldn’t use it for the rest of the month and I had hoped that would be the end of it. Then came January and I got charged for it again. I’ve called dozens of times and haven’t gotten an answer once, I emailed the help link on their website and got no return email, so I finally went down there again. When I went down there they said the manager was taking his car through the car wash and would see me when he was done, they went to check and he wasn’t in there and was nowhere to be found. I left all my info as well as a short description of the issue and it has now been another month and I just got charged again. So now I’m out $160 and am to the point of having to deal with the bank to report the charges as fraud. This has been a horrible experience and I will NEVER use this business again.

Great customer service. Awesome monthly deals. Car wash doesn't seem to scratch my car like others have and overall seems like they keep their car wash cleaner than others

Oh, man! I love this place. My car always looks fantastic after I drive thru but the best part is how absolutely friendly and welcoming the employees are! They are genuinely happy to see you drive up. They always smile and wave and say hello. The guys who lead you into the wash take their time spraying off your car before you enter the wash. Just a real good experience every time I go.

Love everything and everyone they always are smiling and willing to literally interact and joke with me!

I have had a membership here for 5 months now. Every wash gets my car clean. They are about their customers and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
