This was a great car wash when I fist starting using. I pay for a the poly fast pass and the last six washes it has not cleaned the vehicle or shined the tires. I went through today and again not all the equipment is working. I went through twice to get the vehicle clean even asked when the last four washes the tire shine was not working. I was told they changed chemicals and recently had an upgrade to the system so it should be working. No the case at this point I feel like they owe me back my money and I go else where.
This is a great service to have here in Grand Junction. I have been doing the unlimited washes since 2019. Most of the time the car wash its self has several inconsistencies. So if you see other cars in town that look beautiful and shiny in some places and dirty in others you know they go to the same place you do. Yesterday I came through the wash after traveling through the muddy, snowy I-70 like I do most week days. After going through the car wash 4 times and talking to someone the front of my car is still extremely dirty. They are nice there but unprofessional. Not going anywhere else because there aren't any other options.
They are awesome, but they need better working tire pumps as well as a better undercarriage cleaning system. Otherwise, they are amazing! The cost is reasonable for the amount of washing it does. I am subscribed to the $40 Fast Pass, and it is a great buy for unlimited washes! The car wash makes your car sparkling clean! The mat cleaner does an awesome job!
This company confuses me. I use the Fast Pass and I was being charged $35/mo for the Ultimate car wash. My pass didn't work today and I was told they had an error getting the monthly charges to go through for pass holders. However, today I was charged $30 for the Ultimate Fast Pass by the employee on duty. I feel like I either didn't get the wash I paid for, or the Fast Pass over/under charges you depending on who the employee on duty is. She also asked me if I didn't want the wax... Isn't the wax always included with the Ultimate wash?
I was.being charged twice each month. In checking their records they found another person was using my account. ALL accounts were canceled and I was issued a full credit. I will continue to have my vehicle cleaned at Splish Splash
