Subway

Well, this subway is by far the worst one I have ever set foot into. Line literally out the door, I wondered could they be busy? I decided to wait and see why, I got inside there, and to my surprise, there was 3 employees behind the counter, there was an older man in the front taking the initial order, he should not work there, he's incredibly slow for the position. I know he's just trying to make a living, but this guy causes people to walk out and go somewhere else, I have been working in this area for a few weeks now and will not eat there ever again. Had to repeat myself several times and still did not get what I wanted, it took 15 minutes to make 3 sandwiches!! Pathetic.

This is the second time I have ordered from the app and come to the store a half hour later and the SAME employee never started my order. Takes him a few minutes to even acknowledge a customer came in.

Went in today 10/7 and the gentleman making the sandwiches had his face mask on incorrectly leaving his nose exposed. Walked out as I did not feel safe consuming food made by this individual. The other two ladies working were wearing it correctly.

On Easter Sunday we ordered subs through the Subway site for take-out from this location. I went to pickup the subs at 12:45 pm as suggested by the app, but the store was closed. They charged our credit card for the subs and never refunded us. I called the store the following day and they asked me to call Subway corporate for refund, if I call corporate you get a voice message only. I have left numerous messages with Subway corporate, but till date no response. Not trying to be stingy during these trying times, but its a matter of business ethics.

One of the best Subways I've ever been to. Jimmy John's is just better.
