Gyasi Howard came to my house today to inspect and do maintenance on my furnace. They just put it in last year. He was very respectful and professional. He did a very good job for me. He went above my expectations to answer questions and explain everything that was checked.I have used Patterson for other services. All of the technicians are great. Neil Came out to replace the back outdoor faucet as it kept wanting to keep watering even when we were done. He is very professional, polite and helpful when I was working on the sink hardware as well. He worked quickly and very efficiently as well as pointed out something else that I may need to look at repairing/fixing in the future. When he first came out for the faucet problem, he was able to shut it off until I could schedule a better time to have the work done. And he showed up quickly. The only company willing to come and check my furnace on the weekend. Before the tech arrived, I received a text that included a photograph and a short description of the tech. I really appreciated that, being that I am very careful about who I let in my home. Tim and Jahsai came out to replace my furnace. They were very knowledgeable and had an answer for every question I had. I was impressed with the level of honesty that I decided to replace my water heater as well.

Very professional, I feel like I can trust that the work done is done right. Our technician Damien answered all of my questions and it was easy to tell that he was knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. I have their gold membership and so far this year it's already paid for half of itself. They have excellent communication as well. Calling when they say they will, showing up when they say they will and sending a picture of the technician prior to them coming so you know what to expect.
