A very good store only had one Badd experience a while back with a chainsaw how to take back to store as the chainsaw died within hours of purchase. Assistant Manager didnt want to replace The manager at the time replaced the Faulty saw with a brand new one and has been great Ever since. Main reason. These guys get 4 stars is because most times they have more than the other hardware stores. Also they are over all a great store but I do agree they are a bit overpriced. In some cases.

I enjoy this store and the products that they provide however, what was concerning to me was the way one of the Managers Gradie (I think that is his name) interacts with other employees I was on the phone and he came and started yelling at the poor lady who was trying to assist me with a water Heater. She of course apologized however it was really inappropriate and unprofessional for him to do that not to mention the language that he used towards her as well . This isn't the first time I have overheard this manager do that either.

Refused to run a background check on me and are charging $26 a box of 9mm when it was 13.99 the day prior for the same exact ammo I will never be back and I will be calling the corporate office
