Boden Plumbing went above and beyond to meet up with us to assess the repair needed on our toilet when we working prepping for sale of the house, then Jeremy was professional, friendly, and cheerful when completing the repair. He also offered some great advice to avoid issues in the future. Thank you Boden!

I am VERY impressed with Casey at Boden Plumbing and Air! Of COURSE our AC went out on the HOTTEST day of the year, which also happened to be a holiday when we woke up and realized it was out, Labor Day, and with a house with windows facing east west, and 100 degrees outside by 9 in the morning, I called Boden at 10:15am without much hope of actually being able to take care of it today, but I was wrong!!nnCasey Boden arrived at 11:35am, LESS than TWO hours later!! With two guys, and loaner portable air conditioners JUST in case they couldn't temporarily fix our central air before replacing it! The portables weren't needed though, as they replaced the capacitor and had it up and running again in less than 10 MINUTES, after taking less than TWO HOURS to arrive ON A LEGAL HOLIDAY!!nnTalk about impressive all the way around! Sure, I paid a bit more for emergency service on a holiday, but I was expecting that. NO PROBLEM! Glad to do it. Now they will give me estimates for replacing all 3 of our 20 year old units, and when they do, I'll come back here and update you guys that are reading this and wondering whether you should hire them.nnSo far, I couldn’t be more impressed with Boden plumbing. THANK YOU CASEY, for running such a fair and responsive ship!

Jeremy needs a lesson in customer service skills ; was extremely rude and condescending. A totally unpleasant and unnecessary way to talk to a customer in their home !
