Taco Bell

I almost never make reviews, but since the opening a couple weeks ago I’ve gone 3 times and the same young man gives me my order through the drive thru window he’s always very polite and fast and always smiles witch is rare in (fast food) Today it seemed very busy and he again greeted me with a smile and was very friendly and polite I asked the cashier what his role is and I got told he’s the assistant manager , the company did Awesome with all the new employees always in a good mood and very friendly!

Ordered 8 tacos asked for a bunch of hot sauce and got 4 sauces wouldn’t have made this review but it’s a pretty regularly occurring issue at this tacobell

Id say out of 10 trips here, they get my order CORRECT, 1 MAYYYBE 2 times.. the food is ok, not bad.

I just ordered a $5 box from the Taco Bell located in sonoma, ca... the burrito looked like a pizza, with the entire top of the tortilla being gone... then I called the store 3 times, with no answer... I will NEVER make a purchase at this store again... HORRIBLE! Zero stars is deserved... and I’ll tell everyone I know!

I mean, how can you beat Taco Bell's new Nacho Fries ud83cudf5f box deal?
