The Cheesecake Factory

A fairly quiet covid night at a Cheesecake Factory at one of the only malls in the bay area currently open past 7pm! The service was excellent and the food quality and taste was as expected (nothing to write home about, but good), but the Cheeseburger Spring rolls were quite possibly the star of the meal. Service was slower than normal, but the server was very friendly and even helped us pick out her favorite cheesecake. Not quite a 5 star experience, but a solid 4!

The food was great and on point. I like the fact that I could order ahead and pay for it then just come and pick up. The only thing is that I'm suppose to receive a text when my food is ready for pick up but I seem to never get those text. Other than that, everything else was great from the host to the cashier

The food was amazing as always! The pineapple upside down cake and apple pie cheesecakes are amazing. I ordered on line and it was really easy, the food was ready at the estimated time. No hassles at all.

Poor customer service and very unorganized. Go to different locations. Avoid

Though there's always a wait and prices may seem high, their portion sizes and great customer service makes it worth it. Huge menu and consistent meals, along with great bread keeps us going back. If something is wrong (we had undercooked pasta last time) they gladly replaced it and comped us a cheesecake.
