THE FACTSn1.PRICE GAUGING: The owners charged me $50.oo to enlarge the existing loop in the back of the shoe so my finger could fit in. I showed them the catalog; a brand-new pair of shoes cost $29.95.nn2. BREACH OF AGREEMENT: After an initial visit to Allstar Cleanser and consultation with the owners, I brought to the shop 7 sofa cushions, fabric and the piping that the owners instructed me to purchase for the 7 cushion-cases. They took in the materials and quoted a price of $35 per cushion-case, which I accepted. A few days later the owner called and instructed me to come and pick up the cushions since the “job is too complicated” . I then had to lug the 7 cushions in the rain to another shop, who had to work under a tight deadline.nn3. CONCLUSION: UNRELIABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, DOES NOT KEEP HIS WORD AND COULD NOT BE TRUSTED
