This place is the great magical laundry mystery of the Castro.nnWe have been coming to see Steve and his wife for nearly ten years, almost every Saturday. We drop off a bag of unspeakables, sometimes heavier than a dead body, and we come back the following morning to pristinely washed, folded, and organized speakables.

Super rude couples! They even attacked the clothing(what's wrongud83dude31) when they couldn't do the job. They just took your money away and said they won't do business with you. Don't waste your money and time there.

Not sure what happened to Ben. I've been going here for a couple years and they're great. Know all of their customers the second they walk in the door and are super friendly.
