San Diego Police Department

Department is Always closed and no one ever answers the phone its pointless to get any help ..

They never pick up the phone, always at lunch or close ( at 2pm) during business hours.

I called for a very delicate problem I have regarding the safety of my youngest daughter and was told someone would come to the house to speak with me and my daughter this was 2:30 pm and is 4:30 pm no officer has came or called oh and the operator I spoke with must be at fault since she sounded annoyed when talking to me ....

I tried calling about a man trying to give away free home theater systems that he told me he stole from a train, well after calling dispatch 3 times for 10min each and being on hold waiting to talk to someone no one ever took my call then I called the front desk lady and told her everything but she tried sending me to someone else, after waiting another 10min I just hung up... In the 40min that I tried to get a unit on scene he probably already dumped the system and got away. Now some innocent person is gonna get caught with the theater system and be charged for theft.
