Do not use this company. They are disorganized and can't manage a simple schedule. We needed a few repairs and maintenance for our home. After scheduling a month in advance, they called after their scheduled arrival time to say they didn't have the staff available. Worse, they tried to communicate with the building manager before us. They had no respect for people's time or schedules.
Bogus work, false claim on invoice explanation of work completed. Zero professionalism and know-how. Sad that companies like this will take advantage of homeowners to cover up their lack knowledge.
The most dishonest and unethical company I’ve ever encountered. Do not use them, they entered my property twice without my permission to do unauthorized work during Covid times. Lawsuit is now heading your way since you don’t know how to communicate with a home owner.
I have been using them for about five years and they are always on time, professional, super sweet, and they do a great job of cleaning up after themselves. The work is always priced right and quality. I highly recommend them.
