Super xtreme carpet cleaning

Had a 10am appointment. At 10:30, I was calling (no answer), and texting to see if he was still coming. He replies that he would be here at 11. At 11:30, I was calling again! He should have called at 10 or before when he was not going to be here. I explained that I took off of work and moved all furniture off of carpet in rooms. He replied with a thumbs up! So rude. I found him on a military website. I warned both sites about what happened. One site states he has had other complaints like mine!
