Been just over a year and a half at my apartment. Carpet was not that dirty to be honest. But still left most walked on spots with noticable spots. Was not satisfied.nI was told why the spots remain but I even paid for the extra spot remover and it seemed to be lacking.

We hadn't taken the time out to learn how to properly care for our carpets but we did try. It turns out that vacuuming our carpets weren't as effective as we thought they would be so our carpets got darker over time due to dirt and spills.
