1st Response Plumber

I called to get a plumber to my home and thankfully enough, they were able to send a plumber to my home at 1 am. I have been very wary of people entering my home due to COVID19 and being a high risk patient for it but their office staff called me back to 'triage' and ensure the plumber was taking proper precautions due to me being high risk.nHe arrived in a full hazmat suit. He suited up prior to entering and sanitized before touching the suit, mask, gloves, etc. (My husband watched from the garage) I felt safe. Turns out, we had water damage from the leak. The next day we got a call from Robert and he walked us through the claim process. We did suffer a minor hiccup wherenthey accidently sent a team member to my home on a day work shouldn't have been done. They quickly fixed the issue and it has been smooth sailing from there. I love how easy it is to speak with his team and how available they always are. They truly value my business which, Im thankful for.nnWe are now almost complete with reconstruction and I have the kitchen I wanted, but better, since Andrea helped me with the layout and cabinet choices. They brought my kitchen vision to life.

Great service! I am so relieved because in the past we have not had much luck with plumbers. He was courteous, prompt and very fair pricing! Will recommend every time!

1st Response = NO ResponsenLeft the office early for a 3pm remodel estimate with Robert. We texted from their appt. app at 3:20pm asking if Robert would be here. Received a text- “I’m running late I’ll need to get there around 5 or reschedule for tomorrow. Is that OK” Replied that 5 will work. No reply from Robert, and a no show for 5pm appt. Apparently they do not value your time. Inconsiderate and unprofessional.

The exterior drain pipe from the kitchen sink was old and it was leaking. They came out to give us a quote the day we called. Then, they were able to come out the day after I called to schedule an appointment.
