With as dirty as cars get in southern California, a VIP membership is great if you don't mind fitting it into your budget. I find it worth the expense to keep my car in good order.

Careful, when cancelling your membership, you might have Wash N Go continue to charge for card. I cancelled and received two more charges.

Love this car wash... I can get my vehicle clean for $5 --wash and vacuum. And they provide wet complimentary towels for you to dry or clean the inside of your vehicle. I really go here for their vacuums---they suck good!

I have been coming here for 5 years. I stop today after this incident. I wanted my refund because machine broke no one came and help. I paid for the monthly had to pay 5 basic because I didnt want to hold up 10 cars behind me, being close to rush hour. I spoke with the tenant and he went to get management. I waited a moment I saw manager coming the door and the tenant,who was helpful, told me he can't do anything because I should have called for help. I mad at their management who didn't even bother but only relaying info to the worker. I'm anger by the management at his customer service. This show a lack of leadership and I feel for the workers under him. As of today I would not do business here and will encourage all my friends, family to do the same. All my cars will utilize other car wash place. I will try to get my refund but I'll take it at lesson learn.
