Good service. They helped me navigate their confusing menu. I purchased bundle: deluxe + shampoo for $65 for small car. But the added shampoo service increases wait time especially on the weekend. I recommend drop-off option, or go on week day - much faster.

I’ve been going to this location for about 6 years. I’m generally there 1-2 times per month. They were awesome and very thorough up until about 2 years ago. Prices have gone up and service has gone down. I’m always having to ask them to wipe, clean, and dry my vehicle, after they says it’s “ready”. Today I spent $110 for my seats and carpet to get cleaned, and detailed inside and out. After 3 hours, they called to say my vehicle was ready. When I arrived, I noticed the inside was still dirty and needed to be wiped down, rims didn’t look like they were cleaned, and seats looked like there will still be stains once they dry. The employee spent about 10 minutes wiping those down as I waited. I’ll be cleaning it again after their “cleaning” today. It’s a shame this place stopped paying attention to details. It’s unfortunate. After today, I’ll no longer be going to this car wash. Total waste of time and money!! Unacceptable!!

CHECK YOUR CAR BEFORE YOU LEAVE. I made the mistake of not doing so and the pictures here are AFTER I paid for a $20 car wash and got home. The outside was a mess too. The guy tried to tell me the splatter on the outside was from the paint being old and then tried to upsell me $100 to “buff it out”. I told him I just wanted my car to be washed. They rewashed it and I checked it, but not thoroughly enough because when I got home AGAIN there was STILL dirt clinging to the back seat and there was STILL dirt on the front console (in pictures). I’ve been getting my car washed at places like this for over 10 years and am not even that picky about things being spotless, and they managed to do a terrible job twice. I hope management decides to put some quality control practices in because this is ridiculous.

Was really nice place for self wash. Had a minor problem with the vaccuum, but the owner came thru quickly an assisted me with kindness!! 5 stars and thank you!
