Dumpling House

I go to this great spot many times a year! This is my favorite place to pass a nice evening. I go there routinely. The food is just great, the staff is professional and the charge is reasonable. I enjoy meeting in this restaurant over a rich dinner.

Wow...just incredibly bad. An average wait of 2 hrs after order tonight! So what happened? Only 1 cook in the back, maybe Chinese new years eve, maybe a bad online ordering system, maybe a combination of all three. This is really bad and don't know how often this has been happening. I feel really bad for the staff.nnI also lost an important 1.5 hrs of my life. I had important stuff to do tonight. Boss man needs to figure this out!

This new location is just as delicious as the last!! I came in tonight and ordered the tteok-bokki and ordered it extra spicy! It kicked my butt just like I like it!nnIt was nice to see the owner again and he even gave me a free drink to go!!nn10/10 would recommend picking up your meals here!nnThe only thing is that the parking lot is very very dark at night so I don't recommend going alone by yourself

I placed a simple 2 item phone order at 6:40pm and was told that it'd be ready in 30 minutes. I showed up to pickup my order and noticed several upset customers standing around waiting on their food as well. There was no customer service as it took me more than 10 mins to get the front end associate's attention to just be told that it would be another 10 minutes, which was a lie because I did not get my food until 8:20pm. I should have just cancelled my order as others were doing after they too waited for over an hour. A grub hub driver also cancelled an order due to wait and lack of communication from the employees. The pork dumplings were probably rushed because they weren't as good as other places, but at least their chow mein was good...
