In a shady part of town but the apartments are nice inside

These apartments are not worth the amount of rent that is charged..especially when the train is practically in my backyard. Wiring is outdated, paint is peeling, and black widows and other types of spiders are everywhere :(

Horrible housing area, that needs a BIG remodel!
