Stratus Property Management

Jenn has helped me for the last few years with all my rentals... Stratus/Power properties has been great! They always take care of everything I need! Even with repairs, they are awesome! I am so happy they are my property management company! I can sleep great knowing my properties are in good hands! Good jobs girls!

I'm not exaggerating when I say that they had to jump through hoops to help me find my home but they never complained once. I recently came back from deployment to find out the property I was going to rent had been given to someone else so I was stuck staying on a friend's couch with all of my stuff in storage. After calling every place in kings county I stumbled upon stratus. They got me into an amazing 3 bedroom house within a week. Robbi, Jen, and Shelley were amazing. To help with our work schedule Robbi came out to the property when she was off of work to show it to us. As we were signing the lease we had a roomate back out at the last second and we had to replace him with another friend. They changed all of the paperwork the same day and didn't miss a beat. They even came and gave us the keys on a Sunday when they are closed so that we wouldn't have to take off work. There were a few minor maintenance issues with the house but when we mentioned them they were fixed within a day. I cant say enough good things about these guys. Thank you so much!

Never again. Most unprofessional employees hired. My wife and I attempted to get answers about our property being rented out and it was very difficult to hear back.You do not receive monthly reports or any information unless you hunt for them. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. We wish we would have read the reviews prior to hiring these people. Please do not fall for the fake reviews saying they are amazing ( They have only three stars for a reason and change their name to power properties).

Stratus Properties do not stand behind the owners of there house. Our renter destroyed our good living room drapes, when we ask for damage Stratus would not stand behind us, they said they have pictures of the drapes in bad shape and when I ask to see them they would never show us, we also had pictures of the drapes when the renters moved in and they were in very good condition, the renter replaced our drapes with paper thin curtains not drapes and they didn’t even fit the window and who knows we’re our drapes went. ud83eudd14The renters were only in the house for 19 months. We also had a beautiful GREEN backyard and when they left it was almost dead, we payed for a gardener but the sprinkler kept being turn off ud83dude21when we would bring it to Stratus attention then never followed through with tenants, I would NEVER use Stratus again.

This is bar far the BEST Property Management company I have delt with. Jenn is Johnny on the Spot when I need her. She has helped me with an eviction when a tenant refused to pay rent. Now I have an EXCELLENT tenant that was selected through their thourogh screening process. They are verynprofessional and I am very HAPPY with my Management company.
