As a new property owner managing my parents trust, I needed someone that was knowledgeable, legal savvy, and had the skills to be able to manage properties in both the city and the county. Cindy was that person that fit all of my criteria. She knows what she is doing and she does it very very well. One of the most recent reviews was from someone that is friends with an individual that is a squatter in one of the properties that I have. Do not base your decision to use Shamrocks on that review. She is very good at what she does and I put my full faith and trust in Shamrocks and making sure that my properties are taken care of and are managed within the guidelines of the CA law.

Very untrustworthy... I would not recommend.

We use Shamrock Legal services for 5+ years for our property related legal issues, Cindy is hands down the best in this area, knowledgeable, helpful and knows how to get it done. Just an amazing lady.

Id advise anyone to never rent from her EVER. SHE IS A SLUMLORD AND THIEF WHEN GIVING BACK DEPOSITS AFTER MOVING OUT.
