Taco Bell

My first time at this new Taco Bell was a wonderful experience thanks to Tekeria W. The service was professional and courteous food was hot well prepared look like it does on the TV. Which is rare. I ordered the number one taco supreme with sour cream and a cold Pepsi. Thanks for a wonderful experience we'll be coming back. The shouts out to the person that prepared my food . Thanks

On our third and final visit to this TB there are no black beans, and ordering in the drive thru was a chore. After waiting 20 minutes an employee came out to see our receipt to remake our order, however the receipt we were given was completely blank. When they came back with our food, not a single item was correct.

Updated Review:nnAfter two unsuccessful trips due to circumstances occurring at this taco bell, I have finally acquired a legitimate order from this location! Service was fast and friendly.nnUnfortunately, out of the five items I ordered, only four were placed in my bag. After noticing this, I drove back around to the drive-through, and they quickly gave me the final item I initially ordered, with gusto!

Horrible experience. I watched them pass my box of tacos out to the car in front of me. So I get to the window they give me a Pepsi and a bag containing my cinnamon twists and what was supposed to be my three supreme tacos(they were not) thrown on top of the cinnamon twists. So I'm sitting there waiting for my twelve piece box of tacos and the lady is like can you pull up and check your bag because we are on a timer. I said I'm waiting for the rest of my food. Then after some discussion they came to the conclusion to have me pull over on a one way mind you back into to parking lot to wait for my tacos. So I did as told. Waited ten minutes. Drove back thru drive thru and was told I should have waited. Then was given a box of tacos that was not even close. No apology. Very bad service. I hate to say. Quite good. I'm not taking back my review bit I will include that's I spoke with Ms elaina and she made it as right as possible
