My husband and I recently sold our home and purchased a new one in our dream neighborhood with the help of Charlie from Houseworks Collective. From start to finish, Charlie made the experience easy and fun! We have worked with Charlie in the past when purchasing a rental property and found his expertise and knowledge with the rental market to be extremely helpful. Our experience this time was no different. Charlie was able to help us sell our home over asking price with multiple offers to choose from! And, navigating buying in this challenging market was seamless with his help. We are so grateful to Charlie and the entire Houseworks Collective team for all of their help. We will definitely be recommending this team to our closest friends and family and we look forward to more rental purchases with Charlie’s help in the future!

My wife and I worked with Charlie Hutchinson and he was incredibly helpful. The portal that allowed us to look at houses around the area gave us the opportunity to see what we liked. We only had to look at two houses in person before we found the one perfect for us! Charlie was also great at communicating with us and keeping us informed as new home buyers. If you go with anyone else to buy a house, like Gob Bluth you'll be making a huge mistake. Do you want to get the house you want? Then you should be soliciting the services of Wil Poull or any of the other consummate professionals of Houseworks Collective. Wil adeptly walked us through the process and ins and outs of purchasing our first house. Not only that, he helped us ensure our offer won out against three competing offers. Through every step of the process he was always willing and available to answer us any questions and give us his honest opinion on houses we were looking at. During the process too he gave us excellent recommendations for inspectors and contractors. To say he knows his stuff is an understatement.nnIf you want to buy a house, why are you still reading this review and not calling up Houseworks Collective right now? Seriously.
