Rhode Island State Police - Hope Valley Barracks

I had called the Rhode Island state police Hope valley barracks spoke to Trooper Lepre for a civil matter and this trooper was a very friendly and willing person to help me with my situation ! In my opinion he went far and beyond what he needed to do to help us with our situation with the utmost respect for our situation and that is hard to find nowadays with anybody not just the police ! Respect goes a long way and this gentleman showed the utmost respect for us and I believe five stars is a shame because he deserves much more than that ! I am grateful to say that he works for our state police in Rhode Island and grateful to know that he'll be there if we need him thank you again Trooper Lepre

I have to thank the most AMAZING officer who came to my side on Tuesday near Hayville Rd. I was EXTREMELY sick and pulled over passed out from the stomach flu. Covered in puke and not afraid this young officer helped me get rescue and even texted my husband where he parked my car. If he didn't stop I don't know what would have happened to me. Thank you so much young man, I'm so grateful you came to my rescue on your own merit.

They refuse to do their jobs they refused to take any complaints against them and when you call Dispatch they automatically dismiss you because they don't want to be bothered to come out and do their jobs the most over paid Police Department in Rhode Island

State Police Officers refused to take a Complaint report to be investigated. This is regarding the tampering and destroying personal property of Legal motions from the Supervising Clerk of the Court Debora Montanaro. Come to find out the Clerks have been tampering and tainting with Docket information on case files by entering dates and notions that was never submitted nor were they scanned into the court files. This is extremely illegal. Lieutenant John W. Gibbs repeatedly stated he was not going to make a formal complaint on this matter. What a disgrace and dishonor to this family name. I know and worked with Mr. and Mrs. Gibbs and they are respectful and well respected people in Washington, D.C. who fight against issues like these. What a Shame of Lieutenant John W. Gibbs who brings opprobrium to the last name. The United State Justice Department will be notified about this matter.
