Oh I am so happy to have found this wonderful place! The owner is so positive and does a fabulous job with any project I have brought to her! The dry cleaning is done without the harsh chemicals used at other places, the alterations are done professionally and she is willing to work with you on any time constraints, it is a joy to go in and be greeted warmly with someone who offers genuine & excellent customer service! Support this local small business!!

Mama Earth dry cleaned an Ann Taylor blazer that was a $5 find at Savers and brought out the colors beautifully! And I just brought in all of my outdoor cushions for a Spring refresh. Every time you walk into this store it feels like you are at a friends house or chatting with your favorite neighbor. Give yourself a break, get out of the house, bring your cleaning to Mama Earth and grab an ice coffee across the way!

This place is fried. Brought a vintage sweater in for spot cleaning. Owner initially marked the spot telling me no problem and bragging about her cleaning capabilities. “Blood, rust, whatever”...ok? Came in to pick up my Xmas sweater a week later and after hearing owner talk about how well it was cleaned and inspected, I took literally a two second look to see that the stains had not yet been removed. Right in center front of sweater. Owner acts surprised that stain is still here saying she must have missed it. I watched her mark the stain with a sticky note upon drop off. This was the only reason I brought the sweater in initially. It was discussed and understood that the stains were the issue. Owner then told me that the sweater was better now and no one would notice the stains post “cleaning”. Ok, I noticed the stain instantly so why wouldn’t anyone else? She made me pay for dry cleaning that was never actually cleaned! Offered to clean it against no cost while charging me for a job not yet done. Sure, good price for not providing any service at all. Do not support this business. I’ve never made a bad biz report online until my experience today. It’s easy to offer low prices if your not doing the job advertised.
