This used to be a very well run business - not sure what happened in the past year or so, but the staff are unprofessional and do not perform advertised services. I've gotten same or next day service from them on multiple occasions, but they no longer offer quick turn-arounds on their services, despite the sign in the front window, bold, in all caps, stating that they offer same day services. I brought 2 suits in and they gave me a 3 day expected turn-around with no alternative and a one-hour window during which I could pick up my items.

Very kind and extremely quick service. Same day service at no extra charge, in by 10am pick up after 4pm.

I've lived in three different locations here in RI in which I have used different cleaners. This is my favorite cleaners in every way! The alternations and cleanings are always spot on. People there are respectful, caring, and kind.

I have always been pleased with the speed, quality, and friendliness of luxury cleaners but today was rather disappointed. The female employee was smoking right outside the front door when I arrived, something I was willing to overlook but I had my daughter with me so I was already a little annoyed by this. The employee was pleasant and did not smell of smoke inside the store but she had left her cigarette butts in the sand on the ledge outside the door and my curious 4 year old daughter picked them up while I loaded the clothes into the car. I'm sorry, but that is disgusting and unacceptable. Kids don't know better, but adults do. If you need to smoke, at least do it away from the main entrance.

Rude and unprofessional employees don't waste your time find another place.
