Had an awesome pedicure by Dean. He was phenomenal. Worth the money.nnUpdate: the pedicures are still phenomenal, HOWEVER my nails started cracking and breaking 8 days after having them done. They are all ragged and sloppy at the base. I came here as my regular dip nail salon was being renovated. Wish I could have my money back for my nails.

I want to say the people are nice and it’s clean but I seriously won’t be going back there. They charged $70 for a sub-par manicure, at best. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Please do not waste your money going to this location. It’s overpriced and the gel nail polish is cheap. I paid $110 for a mani and pedi. The nails didn’t even last a week!nnLook at the condition of my natural nails. I won’t be able to get them done in at least 3 weeks. The day I got them done, my index and thumb nail polish (gel) bubbled up and came off. I went there to fix them the day after and literally the very next day after that, the nail polish on my other hand started chipping off. Today one of the acrylics came off so I took the rest of them off. This is the worse nail salon I’ve gone to so far. Look at the condition my natural nails were left. Both of my pinkies were bleeding. I called to get a refund and they said that after 5 days they don’t do refunds.

$45 wasted on pedicure. Go somewhere else and get what you ask for. I was in and out in 20 minutes. No other customers. I wonder why...

VIP Nails has never let me down! I went today for the first time since before the pandemic and they have taken every possible measure to ensure the safety of both clients and staff! I felt comfortable and relaxed knowing it was as safe as possible! As always they did a fabulous job on my manicure/ pedicure! An added bonus for anyone who hasn't gone, they have a very generous loyalty program! I have tried other salons but keep coming back to this place and now I'm a forever customer!
